The Challenge

The client needed a system to track newly created cryptocurrency coins on CoinGecko.

Our Solution

We created a Symfony-based application for Linux that runs every 1 minute using cron jobs. The system queries the CoinGecko API, optimizes requests to stay within rate limits, and sends email alerts for new coins matching the client's specified criteria. We also recommended cost-effective hosting to run the application. The client purchased premium API access to ensure frequent enough scanning.
